Gelse D’Agostino
Gelse is a qualified staff member of Campability SA, which designs and co-ordinates short stay holidays for people living with disabilities.
She holds a Diploma of Children’s Service, Diploma of Early Years Education & Care, Certificate III in Disability and Certificate III in Education.
She has over 30 years of experience working in a primary school setting as an Education Support Officer and designs and implements programs for children to support their learning, physical and social development.
Over the past 8 years she has also worked with people of all ages who live with a disability by offering respite care for families. She co-ordinates programs which assist with the social and emotional development of individuals or groups catering for their age, interest and abilities.
Gelse is committed to her work and has achieved ongoing professional relationships with participants, families and support networks.

Karan Sharma
Professional Summary:
An experienced and dedicated Social Worker with over 10 years of expertise in case management, service delivery, and team leadership, I have successfully supported individuals with complex needs, including those with disabilities, across a variety of settings. With a strong background in housing, community services, and disability support, I am passionate about fostering inclusive, person-centered outcomes that align with the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
I bring substantial experience in leading teams, managing service reforms, and collaborating with both government and non-government agencies to enhance service delivery and improve community outcomes. My work history spans high-level case management, risk assessments, project coordination, and building service opportunities, particularly for vulnerable populations, including those facing housing instability or mental health challenges.
In my roles, I have developed strategic initiatives to enhance service provision, create sustainable housing outcomes, and lead community development programs, demonstrating my ability to manage complex and multifaceted services with a focus on continuous improvement. With a background in both direct service provision and leadership roles, I am committed to driving the vision of NDIS, promoting positive change, and improving access to services for individuals with disabilities.
